Infrastructure
Department of Physics has developed very good infrastructure to support
teaching and research programme in the department. Following major
infrastructural facilities available to students and faculty members.
University Workshop
The University Workshop provides mainly mechanical and Electronics
related design, construction and maintenance facilities required to
support experimental Physics. University workshop is equipped with
Sophisticated Lathe, Milling and drilling machines, Electronic Testing
and Measuring equipments etc. Students of M.Sc. Physics are trained in
machine drawing, operation of Lathe and drilling machines, glass blowing
techniques, PCB fabrication etc. For more details of the facilities and
